Introduction Rebaudioside M is a highpotency sweetener in the steviol glycoside family. It offers 200–300 times the sweetness of sucrose with zero calories, and exhibits excellent heat resistance and pH stability. Regulatory Notes (GB 2760-2024)
- Steviol glycosides are prohibited in vinegar, compound soy sauce and other compound seasonings.
- Maximum use level: 0.23 g/kg for pickled vegetables; 0.4 g/kg for instant rice and flour products.
- Label must declare “steviol glycosides” and content. Beverages must be labeled as “nutritional fortifier”.
