Biological synthesis technology

Production Base

Viablife Biolego has built its first intelligent production base in Nanchang, Jiangxi, with a total investment scale of 1.02 billion yuan. The base will be put into use at the end of 2022, and currently more than 10 synthetic biological products, including olive green pigment, new generation nicotinamide, ceramide, and natural blue pigment "valley blue", have entered large-scale production.

Specializing in Advanced Biosynthetic Technology

Specializing in Advanced Biosynthetic Technology

At Viablife, synthetic biologists, natural product chemists, data scientists, and metabolic engineers work in collaboration to advance new biomanufacturing technologies. Utilizing our self-optimizing and innovative biosynthetic platform, Viablife has developed a range of industrially significant products while prioritizing environmental sustainability. Our focus on advanced biosynthetic technology sets us apart from traditional chemical synthesis methods. Biosynthesis leverages various enzymatic tools and microbial cell factories to create environmentally friendly, or "green", chemicals. Our Bio-Legos can be assembled in a desired host organism to produce target products through novel biosynthetic machinery.

Natural Product Generation through Enzymatic Reactions

Natural Product Generation through Enzymatic Reactions

Biosynthesis refers to the generation of natural products through a series of enzymatic reactions, where several enzymes are often required to produce a single biologically active compound. This process can be harnessed for chemical synthesis in vitro or within cells like E. coli through recombinant methods that combine substrates with enzymes.
