Introduction
Rebaudioside M is a highly sweet member of the stevioside family, with a sweetness of 200-300 times that of sucrose and zero calories. It is resistant to high temperatures and has stable pH. Through large-scale production using synthetic biology technology, it can be widely used as a natural sugar substitute in beverages, dairy products and healthy foods to meet the needs of low sugar and low carbon water.

- Maximum addition amount for pickled vegetables is 0.23g/kg, and for instant rice and flour products is 0.4g/kg. Labels must indicate "stevioside" and content, and beverages must indicate "nutritional enhancer"
