Job Description

Senior Sales Manager (North America)

I. Job Responsibilities

1.Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement marketing strategies for the company’s products in the North American market. Serve customers through effective product promotion and sales and consistently achieve sales targets through strong sales and marketing strategies.

2.Business Development: Identify, acquire, and manage clients & business opportunities to drive sustainable revenue growth.

3.Risk & Compliance: Manage international customer credit, contracts, shipment approvals, and receivables; ensure full compliance with company policies and secure timely payment collection.

4.Operations Management: Oversee the entire order lifecycle, including evaluation, review, import/export, and risk control.

5.Market Intelligence: Represent the company at international exhibitions and maintain up-to-date insights into market developments and industry trends.

6.Leadership Support: Execute additional strategic tasks assigned by company leadership.

7.Work location:Work location is in China or the United States.

 

II. Qualifications

1.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

2.Experience: Over 5 years of B2B sales experience in food ingredients, nutraceutical raw materials, or cosmetics/personal care raw materials, with at least 3 years of team management experience.

3.Network: Possess established client networks in the North American market with a proven track record of driving rapid sales growth.

4.Skills: Proficient in English across listening, speaking, reading, and writing; strong understanding of full export processes and North American business practices.

5.Competencies: Excellent communication, customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills.
